Warren died at 2 o'clock this morning in a local hospital, where he was carried Monday of last week for an operation. He was born Nov. 14, 1853 in Raleigh, Miss., and moved to Texas when he was about 15 years of age, first living in Milam County, and then moved to Red River County. He moved to Hunt County in 1873 and resided here most of the time until a few years ago, but for the last year or more he had resided in Longview. Deceased is survived by one son, W. W. Warren, and three daughters, Mrs. Robert Davie of Covington, Tenn., Miss Mattie Warren and Mrs. Alma Rodden of Longview. He was a brother to R. A. Warren of Josephine, W. H. Warren, D. A. Warren and Mrs. J. O. Mosteller of this city, J. D. Warren of Barstow, Mrs. F. L. Henderson of Dallas and Rev. B. H. Warren of Amarillo. The funeral services will be conducted at the home of Mr. And Mrs. J. O. Mosteller in this city and burial will take place in the Horne Cemetery.
