Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM, Saturday, December 20, 2008, in the Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Larry Allgood officiating. Burial will follow in Memoryland Memorial Park. Visitation is from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Friday, December 19, 2008, at the funeral home. Born February 8, 1939, in Blue Ridge, she was the daughter of Ray McCarley and Frances Moffett McCarley. On November 18, 1956, she married Alton Watts in McKinney and she was graduated from Celeste High School in 1957. Mrs. Watts was a member of Crossroads Assembly of God Church. She retired from the City of Greenville as an information technician in the Human Resources Department. Mrs. Watts is survived by her husband of Greenville; daughters Debbie Billarreal and husband Steve Billarreal of North Richland Hills and Cheryl Maddux and husband Ricky Maddux of Tyler; a brother, Monty McCarley of Blue Ridge; grandchildren Andy Billarreal, Matt Billarreal, Jeffrey Billarreal, and Chad Maddux; and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Andy Billarreal, Matt Billarreal, Jeffrey Billarreal, Bill Hagan, Glyn Jones, and Mickey Mixson. (December 19, 2008, The Greenville Herald Banner)
