Lila V. Webb

Funeral services for Lila V. Webb, 88, of the Kingston community are at 2:00
PM, January 28, 2009, in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home Chapel in
Leonard with the Rev. Ronnie Hickey officiating.  Burial follows in McWright
Cemetery.

Mrs. Webb died January 26, 2009, at Hunt Regional Medical Center in
Greenville.

She was born August 16, 1920, in Kingston, daughter of William Hannibal Steed
and Georgia Alpha Vancleave Steed. She was a 1939 Celeste High School
graduate.  On January 6, 1973, she married James Eli Webb in Kingston; he
preceded her in death on April 1, 1988. Mrs. Webb was a practical nurse for
fifteen years. She was a member of the Kingston Baptist Church.

Survivors are her son, Ronald Lipsey and wife Shirley Harrell Lipsey of
Garland; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
