Mrs. Floy Green Williamson
Funeral services were held Friday for Mrs. Floy Green
Williams of Greenville at Coker-Mathews Funeral Chapel.
The Rev. Lynn Vowell conducted the srevice, and burial was
in the Tidwell Cemetery.
Mrs. Williamson passed away February 11, 1987 at her home.
She was born on March 12, 1903 in White Rock, Texas to
Sherman P. Green and Lillian Eva Ross Green. She married Andy J.
Williamson in Greenville on December 4, 1954.
He preceded her in death on November 5, 1971. Also preceding
her in death were two brothers and two sisters.
She was a member of the Westview United Methodist Church.
Surviving are two stepdaughters, Mrs. Lavell Turner of
Greenville and Geraldine Burnett of Bedford; two brothers, Burl Green
of Tyler and Glen Green of Valencia, California; one sister, Rogene
Moss of Greenville, and several nieces and nephews.
