ROSS #2799 filed July 25, 1925 I. W. Briscoe, Clerk County Court, Hunt Co., Texas by W. M. Henly, Deputy This is a hand written will. The State of Texas} Hunt County } Know all men by these presents: That I, R. A. (Robert Andrew) Ross being of sound mind and memory do hereby make publish and declare this my last will and testament. Item 1: I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid including expenses of last sickness and funeral expenses. Item 2: I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Hattie B. Ross all my estate real personal and mixed that I may die possessed of, for her own full and free use in fee simple. Item 3: I appoint my said wife, Hattie B. Ross. Executrix of this my last will and testament and direct that she shall not be required to give bond and that no proceedings shall be had in court except to probate this will and file an inventory of the property and when that is done the Court shall have no further power or control over my estate.
