ROSS 3308 Last will of D. H. Ross filed April 21, 1938 Mrs. J. C. Alexander, Clerk County Court, Hunt Co., Texas by W. M. Henly Deputy State of Texas County of Hunt This is my last will and testament and is written entirely in my own handwriting. I will and bequeath to David Monroe Stevens, the son of my death daughter Esther/ Esthee? Six Hundred ($600.00) Dollars interest in all property, real, person and mixed I may own or have any interest in at the time of my death. This bequest of $660.00 is intended to pay said David Monroe Stevens, all amounts that I may owe him or his estate. In addition and further, I will and bequeath to said David Monroe Stevens my watch and chain and all my purely personal belongings. I will and bequeath to my wife Lydia A. Ross, all the balance of the said property, real, personal and mixed I may died seized and possessed of or have any interest in to be used controlled and disposed of by her as she may see proper, but in case of the sale of this property, the said $600.00 must be paid to said David Monroe Stevens. I hereby nominate and appoint my said wife, Lydia A. Ross, Executrix of this will and of my estate and direct that no bond be required of her as such Executrix, I request my wife to consult Clark Harrell & Clark & T. D.
