ROSS, and wife LOLLIE ELLA SKINNER ROSS Will No. 3929 Written 13 July, 1927 Probate 29 June 1937 The State of Texas County of Hunt BE IT REMEMBERED, that on this day, we, S. J. Ross and wife Lollie Ella Ross, being of sound and disposing mind and memory and over the age of 21 years, and being impressed of the idea that life is uncertain and death is sure, and being desirous while we are in life and health of making a last will and testament do hereby declare this instrument to be our last will and testament hereby revoke all will heretofore made by us or either of us. 2. And wherein I, S. J. Ross of Hunt County, Texas, do hereby direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christian-like manner suitable to my circumstances and condition in life. And I direct that all my just debts shall be paid out of my estate without delay by my executrix to be hereinafter appointed. 3. It is my will and desire that all of the property both real and personal I may die seized and possessed of after payment of my just debts, together will all expenses incident to the probating of this will shall pass to and best in fee simple to my beloved wife, Lollie Ella Ross, and after the payment of all my just debts I give, bequeath and demise to my beloved wife, Lollie Ella Ross, the remainder of all the property both real and personal that I may own or be interested in at the time of my death, in fee simple, to manage, sell or dispose of as she may wish or see proper, and should she own any or all the property that I will to her at her death it is my will and desire that it be equally divided among our children, to-wit: Frank Ross; Mrs. Eula Henly, Eli Ross and Ott Ross, and their heirs, share and share alike. 4. I hereby appoint and constitute my beloved wife, Lollie Ella Ross, executrix of this my last will and testament, and direct that no bond and security be required of her as executrix. And I further direct that no action shall be taken in any probate court in regard to this estate other than to probate this will and return an inventory and appraisement of my estate and list of claim. And I, the said Lollie Ella Ross do hereby declare this instrument to be my last will and testament, and I do hereby direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christian-like manner suitable to my circumstances and condition in life. And I further direct that no action shall be taken in any probate court in regard to this estate other than to probate this will and return an inventory and appraisement of my estate and list of claim. IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, we hereunto sign and subscribe our names jointly and severally tot his instrument in the presence of E. R. Walker and T. H.
