Sparks Springs School Miss Lynne Chase has her school well organized. This is one of our best rural schools and is moving forward. We found J.C. Ham opening his school at Salt Creek in the early morn. He is doing his first work as a teacher and would have everyone come up to his own standard as a pupil. Plaster School standard is evern higher this year. Miss Florida Wood has done much for her people. They have the right teacher and know it. Miss Louvenia McFerran at Union Ridge school has a very pleasant school. Kyser school We enjoyed our visit where C.R. Jones is the man for the place. In three years this school has grown from an handful to a houseful. His teaching is on the Socratic method and it is pleasant to observe these pupils' learning.
