Banister, locating engineer of D.P. & S.E. R.R. is sick. Mrs. E.G. Robertson of Marshall visited her sister, Mrs. J.M. Hughes. William Tabor of Haley D.J. Files and N.M. White of Roberts Prairie T.W. Whitsitt of Roberts Prairie W.T. Marshall of the firm, Marshall & Perryman of Jack County P. Hilton of Center Point Hon. James R. Robinson made a business trip to Weatherford. Mrs. H.M. Hoskins visited her father near Finis. A. Miller of Weatherford R.L. Boaz of Fort Worth C.W. Mills of Nortonville, Kentucky. M.L. Sikes of Oak Glen Harmon Kline of Belle Centre, Ohio visited Dr. R.L. McClure of Jacksboro. J.W. and Sil Stark returned from Haskell. Elder L.D. Tipton of West Keechi and Elder Coltharp of Baylor county T.R. Howard of Keechi country Z.T. Adams, Weatherford’s candy manufacturer N.B. Pultz of De Gress. J.P. Price of the D.P. & S. E. R.R. party was in town. Their camp is five miles away. Charles Hensley came in from his ranch in the Panhandle. Dr. J.T. Robinson of West Fork. A.A. Hoeny, business manager of the Weatherford Sun was in town. M.S. Acuff of Parker county and his son, T.A. Acuff of North Creek. T.F. Warden bored a well for E. Haag of Center Point. J.J. Maxwell and John Mathis bought a McCormick self-binder. Mr. Plaster of Bryson bought an Osborne harvesting dropper. E. Harrell and Jack Robinson of Lost Valley bought a Walter A. Wood single apron harvester from Wall & Dunn. John Fisher left for Jacksboro where he will do some fine book work in the Gazette office. He is a first class compositor in every respect and his proficiency as a proof reader make him a valuable acquisition to any printing establishment. – Weatherford Sun Michael McMillan has been in custody for several days was admitted to bail in the sum of $3,000. His bond was made in a few minutes by some of our best citizens. Mrs. Brown’s school closed last Friday.
