Douglass has opened a creamery station at Jacksboro, being agent for the Nissley Creamery Company of Fort Worth. Rev. C.P. Welch of Waco has been called as pastor of the Jacksboro Baptist church. Oil well drill one mile north of town at a depth of between 1250 and 1400 feet and we are informed that a vein of salt water was struck early Monday which flowed out the top of the casing but as we understand it there was no gas with it.
