Last Thursday at Hotel Jacksboro Mason Cope and Miss Lou Bigham were married. L.L. Cope and Miss Ava Cope, father and sister of the groom, Mr. And Mrs. Bigham of Finis, Misses Lura Davis and Lura Douglass, Messrs. Will Mann and Fane Owens attended the wedding. The groom is the only son of Mr. And Mrs. L.L. Cope and has been brought up in Jacksboro where he has many friends; the bride is the eldest daughter of Mr. And Mrs. W.V. Bigham and is quite popular. They will live at Pauls Valley, Oklahoma where Mr. Cope will buy cotton for one of the large cotton firms. Jacksboro Personals W.J. Mathis of Senate Hugh Lamb has the Sebree school. Miss Beatrice Henderson will teach at Silver Hill. W.H. Hall and son, Charlie Hall of Joplin Mrs. Granville Jinkins of Amarillo visited her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.H. Spivey. Mrs. W.B. McComb visited her parents, Mr. And Mrs. W.B. Pearson of Archer City. W.F. Bottoms one of the old timers of Bryson country. Mrs. P.A. Strange will leave for her old home in Kentucky. J.G. Mullens is at Georgetown having a new residence built. Mrs. Mullens and son, Taylor will leave the first of September for Georgetown where Miss Mary and Taylor will enter Georgetown University.
