Mr. And Mrs. Harvey Creel of Crafton visited Mrs. Creels parents, Mr. And Mrs. W.F. Gleason. Mr. And Mrs. J.W. Piles visited Ancel Nichols at Beans Prairie. G.T.&W. Officials J.J. Jermyn of Scranton, Pa., and president of the G.T.&W., B.B. Cain and W. Frank Knox were in Jacksboro. W.R. Palmer, subcontractor has completed seven miles on this line, the section being 12 to 20 miles. T.C. Alley, subcontractor has the contract for the first three miles including the dump on Los Creek. Ed Good and Miss Florence Chowning were married Sunday at Cundiff and left for Fort Worth where they will spend a few days. R.G. Spence and Miss Ellen Amburn of Berwick were married last Sunday by L.H. Bryant, justice of peace officiating. A.N. Clark and Miss Ethel Nimmo of Berwick were married at the same time by Justice Bryant. E.S. North and Miss Ida Hopper of Bryson were married Monday by Judge W.E. Fitzgerald. Jacksboro Personals W.M. Orman visited his father at Bonham. Obe Clark of North Creek Albert Harrell of Jermyn Vester Stark E.G. Jones of Roberts Prairie Tom Booz Miss Ava Cope A. Schneider of Cundiff Miss Mattie Wall Rev. J.W. Matthews closed a meeting at Bryson. Miss Marie Neville of Dallas Mr. And Mrs. Guy Richardson of Antelope Mr. And Mrs. John Kennedy of Burton Springs Joseph Campbell, son of R. Campbell of Olney came in Monday to enter Jacksboro high school. Dan Laycock returns to take up his work in Jacksboro High school. Miss Jeffie Cannon, daughter of W.J. Cannon, near Post Oak returned for school. Miss Cannon made an excellent record last year. At the organization of the senior class Miss Cannon was elected vice-president. Roy Corbett of South Bend returned here for school. Newton Turner, son of A. Turner of Sparks Springs returned to Jacksboro High school. Miss Maude Garner has entered Jacksboro High school to do special work until her school opens. Mrs. A.D. Hudspeth came to Jacksboro now has rooms at the home of Dr. and Mrs. J.W. Wells Rev. J.W. Mills returned home from Montague County. Chloe Meadows has a permanent position in Fort Worth. M.F. Koger of Los Creek community entered his daughter, Nellie in school at Jacksboro. Abe Baker, one of the leading farmers of Burton Springs Arthur Wellington and sister, Miss Merle Wellington of Burton Springs. A.J. Myers has returned with his family from his ranch for school. His daughter, Miss Lee, is a member of the senior class. Miss Annie Laurie Lewis of Weatherford is here to open her expression class Monday in connection with the Jacksboro school. Misses Dessie and Della Millard of Wilder community enrolled in Jacksboro school. Miss Isola Denman returned from Bowie where she visited her grandparents, Mr. And Mrs. Denman and her aunt and uncle, Mr. And Mrs. Justin Denman.
