All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ********************************************************************************** Killed on the Denver Clarendon, Texas, July 15 In consequence of a washout on the Fort Worth and Denver Railway the northbound passenger train last night was precipitated through a bridge near this place and the engineer, William Smith, and the fireman, James Wilson, were instantly killed, but no passengers received injuries.
