He had been ill for a long time and at times his mind seemed unbalanced owing to his health. Mrs. ChisholmÕs brother, Sherman Phipps had come from Oklahoma to take Mr. Chisholm and family home with him, and just before they were ready to start before they were ready to start Mrs. Chisholm went into her brotherÕs on an errand and was called home to find that her husband was dead. He was buried in Oakwood cemetery. He leaves a wife and three children.
