Vance on College Hill, Monday of congestion of the brain. She was a boarding pupil in the Jacksboro school, and her parents and other relatives from Jeannette arrived as soon as possible. She was well known in town having spent a great part of her time here and had many friends who sympathize deeply with the family in their great sorrow. She was buried in Oakwood cemetery, Rev. J.L. McCord, pastor of her home church where she was a member, conducting the funeral services. [She was in her 20th year.]
