This is a picture of Lucinda "Lucy" (nee Amanda) Fowler, wife of Joseph 
Fowler.  This Joseph Fowler is the father of Daniel, who was father of Joseph, 
who fathered Daniel Monroe Fowler.  So the progression went like this:  Joseph 
> Daniel > Joseph > Daniel Monroe Fowler.  Lucy was married to this elder 
Joseph. They were probably married abt 1816, unknown where.  

Transcription on the headstone says:

LUCY A.
Wife of
JOE FOWLER
BORN
APRIL 2, 1800
DIED
APRIL 8, 1882
