Funeral services for Ray Berry Sr., 79, of New Braunfels are set for Thursday, Nov. 8, 2001, at Veterans Memorial Chapel in Houston. Interment will follow at Veterans Memorial Cemetery. 

Mr. Berry died Nov. 6. Born June 24, 1922, in Mexia to the late J.W. and Narcissus Moss Berry, he was retired from Nabisco in Houston following 35 years of service. 

Survivors include his wife, Patricia Sue Berry, New Braunfels; step-daughter, Jackie Johnson, New Braunfels; sons, Ray Berry Jr. and Ronnie Berry, both of Edna; and three grandchildren. Masons will serve as pallbearers.
