Interment followed at Red Bluff Cemetery. Mrs. Garza died Oct. 2. Born June 18, 1956, in Houston to the late David Anderson and Iris Sowell Anderson, she was a homemaker and a Baptist. She was also proceeded in death by her first husband, Kirk Brod. Survivors include: daughter, Vicki Brod of Temple; sisters, Frances Beasley and Iris Hatfield of Humble; brother, E.B. Pope of Houston; and one grandchild. Pallbearers include: Charlie Cunningham, Ricky Cunningham, Larry Sowell, Jerry Sowell, Kenny Whittley and Rocky Nairn.
