Art Weiss officiating. Interment followed at the Garden of Memories Cemetery under the direction of Triska Funeral Home, El Campo. Mrs. Schulze died Dec. 22. Born Feb. 7, 1917, in Wharton County to the late Emil and Rosie Bures, she was a homemaker and member of Christ Lutheran Church. Survivors include daughters, Joann Winfield, Colorado, and Darline Brinkman, Wharton; sons, Clarence Schulze, El Campo, and Melvin Schulze, Arizona; half-sister, Angeline Smith, Victoria; half-brothers, Emil Bures, Bernard Bures and Gerald Bures Sr., all of Ganado, and Leon Bures, Terrville; 12 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by parents; husband, Joseph V. Schulze on Jan. 26, 1997; a daughter; and brothers, Edward and Jerome Bures. Pallbearers will be Andrew Volek, Larry Popp, Sylvester Falcon, Ronnie Westfal, Gary Mielsch, Clifford Schulze, Ronnie Sablatura and Ron Nicholos. Honorary pallbearer was Clarence Zalman.
