Gabriel Otoo officiating. Interment followed at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Inez under the direction of Artero Memorial Chapels. Mr. Soto died Dec. 14. Born Feb. 10, 1953, in Edna to Beatrice Pena Martinez of Sweetwater and the late Juan Angel Soto Sr., he was a truck driver for Trimac DSI Transport Co. and was a Catholic. Survivors include his mother; daughters, Michelle Ortiz and Carrie Soto, both of Victoria, and Cheyenne N. Soto, Austin; sons, Jimmy Soto Jr., Houston, Steven Soto, Victoria, and Jared Soto and Jonathan Soto, both of Austin; sisters, Margaret Ochoa, Austin, Mary Ann Soto, Houston, Geneva Lusk, Dallas, Beatrice Patterson, Sweetwater, and Alice Trevino, Colorado; brothers, John Soto and Albert Martinez, both of Sweetwater, Paul Martinez, Fort Worth, and Harry Martinez, Roscoe.
