Mr. Avery Breed, formerly a respected and beloved citizen of this county, in which 
he served through several terms as a most efficient officer; filling various 
positions satisfactorilly [sic], died a few days ago at his home in Head's 
prairie, Robertson county, at the ripe age of seventy years.
