Funeral Services Held for Newtonite.

NEWTON - Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon for Mrs. Tom Starks [sic], 
35, who died about 6 o'clock Saturday night. Services were conducted by the Rev. 
W. H. Newton and burial was in the family cemetery near Leesmill.

She is survived by her husband and six children, four of whom are girls and two 
boys. She is also survived by three sisters, Mrs. J. E. Karr of Wiergate, Mrs. 
Lola Whitmire of Nederalnd and Mrs. Otis Skinner of Merryville, La., and three 
brothers, Miles Dubose of Nederalnd, Claude Dubose of Bonwier and P. E. Dubose 
of Kirbyville.
