Charles Cotham Jr.

Port Arthur - Funeral services for Charles Cotham J., 55 of Jackson,
Miss., and formerly of Port Arthur, will be Friday at 10 a.m. in
Nnnelly-Stanley Chapel of the Chimes.

The Rev. S. Burton Smith, pastor of Trinity Methodist Church will
officiate.  Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park.

Cotham, retired from Dow Chemical Co., died at 9 a.m. Wednesday in his
home in Jackson.

Pallbearers will be his two sons, Charles Cotham III and John Cotham
from Houston, stepson Pat McDaniel of Jackson, Lary Joe, Ray Feemster
and Mike Beltz of Port Arthur.
