CLEMENTINE WARD
Funeral services for Clementine Best Ward, 89, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in
Kelley-Hixson Funeral Home. Burial will be in Magnolia Gardens.

Mrs. Ward died Monday at 9:50 p.m. in Schlesinger's Geriatric Center. She was
a native of Woodville.

Survivors include three sons, Jerry D. Ward of Alexandria, Va.; Dr. Kyle Ward
Jr. of Appleton, Wisc., and Clark M. Ward of Lake Charles; one daughter, Mrs.
Smythe Walden of Beaumont; two brothers, Joe Best of Woodville, and George
Best of Jasper, and three sisters, Mrs. Roy Wright and Mrs. Martin Nellius
Sr., both of Woodville, and Mrs. Josh Barclay of Kilgore.
