Foster, Reporter Little Ralph Fitzgerald, 18 months old passed away at Lueders on Sept. 10th after a bout with typhoid fever at the family home. Thursday afternoon Rev. J.J. Gentry conducted the funeral. His body was laid to rest at Spring Creek cemetery. Mrs. Ola Fitzgerald, 30 years old, was laid to rest last Saturday. She had been confined to bed for four weeks with typhoid fever. She and two children were confined to beds. Little Ralph passed away on the 10th and Little Eunice is much better now. She was born April 8, 1894, was married to Mr. E. Fitzgerald by J.J. Gentry May 23, 1915 was converted and joined the church with her husband in the summer of 1922 and baptized by J.J. Gentry. She leaves behind her father, Bro. F.M. Webb, her husband; four children; seven sisters, five brothers, one brother was in the Navy and could not attend. Her mother preceded her in death 14 years ago. Ollie was devoted to her husband and children. On Saturday afternoon, her body was laid to rest in the Spring Creek cemetery. W.N. Kinney of Barrow Undertaking department had charge. Jack Tosh of Lueders City Drug made a trip to Fort Worth on business. F.M. Johnson of Lueders Building Stone Co., was in Breckenridge Thursday. City Drug Store Tosh and Shipp, Proprietors Lueders, Texas Bryant-Link Co. Lueders, Texas King & Putnam Lueders, Texas J.D. Simpson, M.D. General Practice Office Patillo Bldg. The American editor and family live at 299 North Swenson, directly opposite the First Baptist church. Miss Thelma Ponder, aged 16 years daughter of Mrs. T.N. Ponder, died at their home on the McBride farm northeast of town early Saturday morning and was buried at the Stamford Highland cemetery at 5:00 Saturday afternoon, with J.D. Harvey, minister of the Church of Christ conducting. Barrow Furniture Undertaking Department in charge. Survivors are mother, younger sister and brothers.
