Bratton, formerly of this place is visiting from Fort Worth. John W. Culdwell of Avoca was in town. R.W. Harris is surveying an addition to Stamford to be known as the Roosevelt addition. L.J. Powers was in town. W.H. Stevenson was in town. O.H. Cooper and family visit Midlothian and the Dallas Fair. John Jones had business in Stamford. The College students are ate their first meal in the Dormitory Tuesday at noon. B.W. Gay left Friday morning for his farm near Carney.
