For the past 7 years he has been a resident of this county. He received his education in the public schools of Gainesville. T.C. “Tobe” Owens announces for Tax Assessor. He was born in Williamson county, and came West 27 years ago. He is now 50 years old. Burl Hagler for Sheriff and Tax Collector of Jones County. Mr. Hagler was born in Fannin County in 1880, and his parents moved to Jones county when he was only 8 years of age. He now resided in Sinclair. He has served as constable for two years.
