Charles Richard "Chuck" Clevenger
Charles Richard ÒChuckÓ Clevenger, 34, of Stamford passed away 
Wednesday, June 28, 2006. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m., 
Saturday, July 1, 2006 at Avoca Baptist Church with Rev. Dennis Huffaker 
officiating. Burial followed in Spring Creek Cemetery under the 
direction of Kinney-Underwood Funeral Home. 

Chuck was born on April 19, 1972 in Leesville, Louisiana. He is 
the son of Tommy and the late Kathy Clevenger and William E. Baggett. 
He was a lifetime resident of Jones County. He married Bertha Morales 
on Sept 16, 1998. He was a member of the Temple Baptist Church.

He is preceded in death by his mother.

Surviving Mr. Clevenger are wife, Bertha Clevenger of Stamford; 
fathers, Tommy Clevenger of Kilgore and William E. Baggett of 
West Columbia; five sisters, Dotty Baggett of Sulpher, Louisiana, 
Melissa and Ricky Smith of West Columbia, Carol and Pete Lopez of 
Stamford, Dawn and Shane Neatherlin of Avoca, and Jackie and 
Loren Frazier of West Columbia; two brothers, Bill Baggett of 
Nashville, Tennessee, and Tommy and Kelly Clevenger of Chicago, Illinois; 
four nieces, MÕKenzie Neatherlin, Justine Gentry, Brittany Gorman, 
and Krissi Carroll; six nephews, Taylor Neatherlin, Joseph Gentry, 
Russell Alligood, James Alligood, Chris Alligood, and Tyler Carroll; 
three step-children, Julian Martinez, Jr., Angel Louis Martinez, and 
Julia Martinez; ten step-grandchildren, Michael Martinez, Isiah Martinez, 
Angel Martinez, Trend Martinez, Daniel Martinez, Trent Martinez, 
Marissa Contreras, Danielle Lewis, Donny Lewis, Jr., and Rider Lewis; 
and numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
