Cecelia "CeCe" Owens Riley
Cecelia ÒCeCeÓ Owens Riley, 52, of Stamford went to be with our 
Lord on June 20, 2006. Graveside services were at 10:30 a.m. 
on Friday, June 23, 2006 at Highland Memorial Cemetery with 
Wes Horn officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of 
Kinney-Underwood Funeral Home. 

CeCe was born on September 30, 1953 in Goldthwaite, Texas, 
the daughter of James and Virginia Owens. Upon graduating from 
Lometa High School CeCe attended Tarleton State University where 
she met the love of her life Randy. They were married on 
March 1, 1975 in Lometa, Texas and shared business experiences 
in retail and agricultural related businesses. Prior to her illness 
CeCe worked in the Jones County Appraisal District. She was a joy and 
inspiration to all of us as well as being an accomplished pianist at a 
very young age where she played unselfishly for church, graduations, 
weddings, and funerals. She loved the outdoors, her family, friends, 
and pets. She will be dearly missed. Thanks to all friends and caregivers 
that have helped through this difficult time. 

She is preceded in death by her father, and brother, Gary Owens.

Surviving Mrs. Riley is husband, Randy of Stamford; one son, Jacob Riley; 
mother, Virginia Owens of Menard; sister and brother-in-law Hedy and 
Odie Wright of Menard; father-in-law Dell ÒPapaÓ Riley of Colorado City; 
one niece, Lori Rogers of Menard; three nephews, Tyler Wright of Menard, 
James Collin Owens of Lago Vista, and Jeremy Yanostrosa of Houston.
