Perlar Gay Garrett

PERLAR FAY GARRETT, 80, passed away 1/20/05 at BraswellÕs Hampton Manor-Yucaipa. Born 10/12/24 in Hamlin, Texas. Resident of Colton, CA for 60 years. Survived by sons, George, Larry, Ronald (Morris); grandchildren, Shane Morris, Rob Morris, Paul Morris, Merchand Montiel: great-grandchildren Ethan Morris, Marissa Morris, Osmar Montiel; brother Melvin; sister Sally. She and her first husband (deceased), Rob Morris, were owners for many years of the Colton Pain and Body Shop in Colton. After being widowed, she was the wife of Gordon Garrett. During this time she worked for Wards Jewelry Dept. and Ozels Jewelry in Redlands. Gordon preceded her in death. A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 22, 2005 from 2-6 pm at Colton Funeral Home. Graveside Service Sunday, January 23, 2005 1 pm at Montecito Memorial Park, Colton.
