E. Pyeatt for the past fourteen months, died in Stamford Sanitarium at 10 o'clock Thursday evening. Mr. Hamit was critically stricken Wednesday night with some form of heart trouble. His two daughters came over from Stamford and at the advice of his physician, Dr. Wylie, was carried to the sanitarium. Death followed soon after his arrival there. Deceased is survived by two daughters, Mrs. E. J. Davis and Mrs. D. W. Black of Stamford; his mother living at Dublin and a sister in Wichita Falls. Burial was at his former home, Dublin at 2:30 Saturday, January 7.
