Page of Georgetown died suddenly Saturday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J.P. Astin with whom she was spending hte summer. About 3:00, Mrs. Astin was awakened by a slight noise and hse went to her motherŐs room. Mrs. Page was awake and complained of a difficulty of breathing. After administering a dose of medicine to her mother, Mrs. Astin remained with her and they conversed together until Mrs. Page said that it hurt her to speak. After a few moments of quietude, she passed away peacefully. Accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Astin, and Raymond Astin, the body was taken Saturday night to the home in Georgetown where burial was made besides the graves of other members of the family. Mrs. Page was a prominent pioneer family of Georgetown, her maiden name was Nannie Knight.. She was married when a young woman to William Foster, who died many years ago. After the marriage of her three daughters she became the wife of Capt. Page, a prominent citizen of Georgetown who survives her. A sister also resides in Georgetown. Mrs. Page was a life long member of the Presbyterian church. She was 74 years old. Surviivng: five daughters: Mrs. Charles Chrietzberg of Georgetown, Mrs. George Field and Mrs. Astin. five grandchildren: Messrs. Raymond and Hugh Astin, great-grandson - Joe William Astin of Stamford. Her only son died at the age of 21, twenty-five years ago. Rev. J.M. Youree held a short service here.
