Rogers, whose death took place southeast of Lueders Friday night, was a good man. He had been afflicted for some time, but death relieved him of his sufferings. The funeral was held at Lueders Saturday and the remains were shipped to Nongee, TX, Saturday night by The Barrow Furniture Co. Undertaking department of Stamford.
