County of Kaufman
     Know all men by these presents That in consideration of the payment
in full according to the face and tenor thereof. Of Two certain promissory
note described in a certain Warranty Deed executed by R. U. Walton and wife
M. E. Walton to James(sic, name is John) R. Thomason dated the 1 day of July
1885 and recorded in Vol - on Page - of the Records of Deeds of Hunt County
Texas. We Mackleroy and Martin the owners and holders of said notes do hereby
release the Vendors lien shown by said deed To exist upon the following
described land, To receive the payment of said note viz: 50 acres of land on
Hunt County, Texas a part of the Goodman(sic, Goodman Deweese)
Witness our hands this 17th day of Janry 1890

     Before me J. H. Brown a Notary Public in and for the County of Kaufman
State of Texas on this day personally appeared J. H. Muckleroy and W. B.
Martin known to me to be the persons whose names are subscribed to the
foregoing instrument and acknowledged to me that they executed the same for
the purposes and considerations therein expressed. Given under my hand and
seal of office This seventeenth day of January 1890.
