It is therefore ordered that notices of said application be given in the terms of the law. Ordered that Court adjourn until tomorrow 9: O’clock A.M. Page 133: (Date may be 1 February 1859) This day comes into open Court Henry Scroggins and presented his Bond and Oath as Guardian of the Estate of Henry and Jasper Karber, Minor Heirs of Peter and Rebecca Karber which was examined and approved by the court and ordered to be recorded in the Probate record . Ordered by the Court that Henry Scroggins Guardian of the Estate of Henry and Jasper Karber Minor heirs of Peter and Rebecca Karber and he his hereby ordered to do the best he can in renting the Farm belonging to said Estate and return a report of the same to this Court. Karber and Jasper Newton (Carber ?) (should be Karber), and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the necessary notices have been given, Page 56: It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that the Said prayer be granted and that Letters of Guardianship issue to Said Scroggins in accordance with the same.
