Henshaw Guardian of Thomas Lee, Willie Lee, and Willie Cox, respectfully represents that heretofore; to wit; on this day, by virtue of an order of this court heretofore posted on the 10th day of December 1888. Has sold on a credit of 12 months with (13%?) interest from day to the following described property belonging to his said Wards to wit; An undivided interest in and to a lot of land in Lamar County, and within the city of Paris and known as the Old Homestead Place of peter Lee and wife Annie Lee, containing ¾ of an acre. To Wit: 1/14th interest belonging to Thomas and Willie Lee and 1/14th to Willie Cox; that said Sale was made for, One hundred and twenty five Dollars, with a Vendor's Lien on the land. Henshaw, Guardian of Thomas Lee and Willie Cox, Minors; respectfully shows that one of his Wards; to wit; Thomas Lee has come to full legal age and petitioner presents this his Final Settlement Account as to said Ward. The residence of his said Ward is Marion County, State of Oregon. Petitioner shows that hie was Guardian of the three minors, Willie Lee, Thomas Lee, and Willie Cox; and the joint Estate of all three of them was $125.00 in money. That Willie Lee and Thomas Lee were jointly entitled to one half of said estate, and Willie Cox the other half. That said Willie Lee having become of age, a settlement as to him was made, by Final Account at the March Term of this Court 1896 and therefore the interest of said Ward Thomas Lee is ½ of ½ of said Estate after costs and expenses are deducted and Petitioner presents his account as follows; Credit Debits To Amount due all three of the Wards; $125.00 By Atty.-fees; $15.00 By Recording two deeds; $02.00 By Taxes for 1889; $00.25 By Clerks Cost; $12.75 By City Tax; $02.63 (2B) By Redemption Receipts; $05.36 By Clerks Cost; $02.00 Totals $40.29 $125.00 Leaving Amount due all Three $84.70. One half of which said Willie Lee and Thomas Lee was entitled to; $42.35. Said Ward Willie Lee having already been settled with, there remains to the present Ward, Thomas Lee, $21.17 ½ . Wherefore, Petitioner prays for citation to said Thomas Lee; and on hearing that this account for Final Settlement be approved, and filing full receipts for Final Discharge as to the Guardianship of Thomas Lee.
