POUNDS, TAYLOR - Who burned up Paris, Texas, goes to the penitentiary for four
years. (The Christian Messenger, Aug. 28, 1878) It was reported by the
Messenger, Sept. 12, 1877, the Paris, Texas, fire could be seen as far as
Bonham.
