Joe V. Biard Dies In His Home Here

Funeral services for Joe V. Biard, 66, prominent El Paso real estate operator, 
who died yesterday in his home, 2706 Lebanon Street, were pending last night 
with the Kaster & Maxon Mortuary.

Mr. Biard was in the real estate business in El Paso for the past 12 years.  
His survivors include his widow, Mrs. Martha Ann Biard of El Paso; a step-
daughter, Mrs. W. B. Robinson, of Henderson, Texas; a brother, Albert Biard, 
of Beaumont, Texas; and two sisters, Mrs. W. W. Wilson, of Ponca City, Okla., 
and Mrs. Katherine Gardner, of Austin, Texas.


Additional Comments:
Joseph Virgil Biard was born in Biardstown, Texas on October 13, 1868; son of 
Sam Houston Biard and Lula Johnson Biard.
