W. (Buster) Biard of this city. Miss Biard was the daughter of the late S. H. Biard of Paris. The body will be forwarded to Paris where funeral services will be held at 3 o'clock Friday afternoon at Evergreen cemetery. Surviving are two brothers, Joe Biard of El Paso and Albert Biard of Houston; and two sisters, Mrs. W. W. Wilson of Norman, Okla., and Mrs. Jack Gardner of Alice. Born in Lamar county in 1873, Miss Biard lived here until she joined her sister, Mrs. Wilson at Ft. Towson, Okla. about 15 years ago where she lived for 13 years. Additional Comments: Mollie Amanda Biard was born in Biardstown, Texas on July 28, 1873; daughter of Sam Houston Biard and Lula Johnson Biard. She was an accomplished painter and taught school at the Wheelock Girls School near Millerton, Oklahoma and well as serving as principal there for several years.
