King of the County of Bexar in the State of Texas for and in consideration of the sum of Eighty Dollars, to me in hand paid by Mrs. J. R. Pearson receipt of which is hereby acknowledged Have granted, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, sell, and convey, unto the said Mrs. J. R. Pearson of the County of Osage, State of Oklahoma, all those certain tracts or parcels of land, situated in LaSalle County, Texas, and more fully described as follows, to wit: lots 1 and 2, block 1, Tract 14, said lots fronting 25 feet each on south side of Ave. “B”, all of said property being located in what is known as Fig Vale Park, same being a re-plat of what is known as Artesia Acres, a sub-division of the east one half of survey No. 14, T. & N.O.R.R., and that portion of survey No 12 H. & G.N.R.R. lying west of the right-of-way of the I. & G.N.R.R. in LaSalle County, Texas, and for further description, reference is made to a plat of Artesia Acres, filed for record in the office of the County of LaSalle County, Texas. To have and to hold, the above described premises together with all and singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging unto the said Mr. J. R. Pearson, her heirs and assigns, forever; and I do herby bind my heirs, executors and administrators, to warrant and forever defend, all and singular the said premises unto the said Mrs. J. R. Pearson, her heirs and assigns against every person whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof. Witness my hand at San Antonio This the 8th day of April 1911 W. H.
