Emmett H. Riggs Dec. 16, 1889 - Jan. 14, 1944; Emmett was the son of Joseph 
Franklin Riggs & Cayloma Ann Darden "Riggs." Emmett had a brother named Louis 
Morgan Riggs and one of these two brothers shot and killed the other one, and 
then later that same day shot and killed his self because of what he had done. 

This is how the storie was told to me, the two brothers were in business 
together running a chicken farm and one of them believed that the other one 
had been stealing money from him so he shot him, and then after he realized 
what he had done he shot his self. They are buried right beside each other.
