(JESS) FORD, IN THE COUNTY COURT, DECEASED LIMESTONE COUNTY, TEXAS On this the 25th day of February, A.D. 1965, came on to be heard the application of James W. Ford for an order of this court directing The Farmers State Bank, Groesbeck, Texas, to permit said applicant to examine the safe deposit box leased to J. S. (Jess) Ford, deceased, by said bank, it being stated in said application that said safe deposit box may contain a will of the decedent or polices of insurance issued in the name of decedent and payable to a named beneficiary, and it appearing to the court that such an order so prayed for in said application should be granted: Now, Therefore< in accordance with Article 15.16 (2) of the State Probate Code, it is ordered that The Farmers State Bank, Groebeck, Texas, be and it is hereby directed to permit James W. Ford, applicant herein, to examine the safe deposit box leased from The Farmers State Bank, Groesbeck, Texas by J. S. (Jess) Ford, deceased, in the presence of said James W. Ford, C. L. Harrison, a representative of the Comptroller, and John Champion, an officer of The Farmers State Bank, and if such will and insurance policies are found in such box, to deliver said will to the Clerk of the County Court of Limestone County, Texas, and said insurance policies to the beneficiary named therein.
