Z. Kidd lost by fire a house and Mr. John McCaig lost all of his household goods and 2000 pounds or more of seed cotton. Caused by matches in the hands of children. No insurance. Groesbeck, Limestone Co., Tex., Aug 26. ^Ö J. T. and W. M. Prichard^Òs cotton gin was destroyed by fire to-day. Loss $6000. Insured for $2500.
