Mr Ferrell lived some distance east of town. Leaving for home Tuesday at noon he was seized with an attack of the heart and was found lying unconscious in the road. He was brought back to town, restora- tions were administered, and he rallied considerably, but later succumbed as above stated. Mr Ferrell came to Limestone coun- ty in 1852 from one of the Southern states and has been one of its most prominent citizens. He leaves a widow and several children, besides a host of friends.
