The submitter has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. http://www.usgenwebarchives.org *********************************************************************** Last Will and Testament I, Nancy Coursey of the State of Texas, County of Llano, Realizing the uncertainty of Life and being of feeble health but of Sound mind, memory, and Judgement, do make and declare this to be my last will and testiment in manner and form following to wit. First I give demise and bequeth unto my Eldest daughter, Amanda Evans, one mare and Saddle and two cows and calves. Second I give and bequeth unto my daughter, Jane Collins, one mare and two cows and calves. Third I give and bequeth my daughter, Cynthia Coursey, two cows and calves and one two year old heiffer and my Sewing machine. Fourth I give and bequeth unto my Son, Valentine Coursey, four cows and calves and two two year old heiffers and two one year old heiffers and half of my Hogs, also one horse. Fifth I give and bequeth unto my Son, James Coursey, all the rest and residue of my Estate after my debts are paid. Sixth I have heretofore give my two daughters, Helen Murphy and Caroline Pate and my Son, Franklin Coursey all that they stall have of my Estate. I hereby nominate and Appoint James Coursey and Valentine Coursey the Exicutors of this my last will and testiment and Revoke all other and former wills made and exicuted by me . In witness whereof I have here unto Set my hand and Seal this the 22 day of April 1884.
