Garner, 75, of 2415 Auburn St. was found dead about noon Wednesday at his residence. Justice of the Peace Wayne LeCroy ruled death due to natural causes. Services will be conducted at 4 p.m. Friday in the W. W. Rix Funeral Home Chapel with Charles Clough officiating. Burial will be in Peaceful Gardens Cemetery. Garner, a retired carpenter moved here in 1954 from Tulsa. Survivors include his wife, Roma; five sons; Carroll of 3507 43rd St., Charles of Houston, Wayne and Calvin, both of Tulsa and David of Wichita Falls; a brother, Robert of St. Louis, Mo.; a sister Ruth Holmes of Texarkana and 14 grandchildren.
