Sam Garner Funeral Planned Here Friday
Sam D. Garner, 75, of 2415 Auburn St. was found dead
about noon Wednesday at his residence.
Justice of the Peace Wayne LeCroy ruled death due to
natural causes.
Services will be conducted at 4 p.m. Friday in the W. W. Rix
Funeral Home Chapel with Charles Clough officiating.
Burial will be in Peaceful Gardens Cemetery.
Garner, a retired carpenter moved here in 1954 from Tulsa.
Survivors include his wife, Roma; five sons; Carroll of 
3507 43rd St., Charles of Houston, Wayne and Calvin, both
of Tulsa and David of Wichita Falls; a brother, Robert of
St. Louis, Mo.; a sister Ruth Holmes of Texarkana and
14 grandchildren.
