Several rows in, to the left, as you enter cemetery.  Buried next to "Mr. 
Pruett," first grave in Willowhole Cemetery.  E. F. died before 1880 census.

Additional Comments:
E.F. Phillips came to Grimes Co., Tx. from Alabama by 1860, then moved to 
Madisonville, Madison Co., Tx. by 1870.  Died prior to 1880.  Buried next 
to "Mr. Pruett," whose grave is the first at Willowhole Cemetery.  Unmarked 
grave on other side of E.F. is believed to be his wife, Eliza Ann (Robertson) 
Phillips.
