Rochelle, Texas...and upon thorough examination of same I find the following entry
relative to the age or birthdate of the above named applicant"Crissy Melseeney Williams was
borned in the year A.D. 1869 in the month of May the 10".

Appearance:  (penmanship and ink) and condition of family record indicates that entry above was
entered approximately how many years ago?....Written probably 40 or 50 years ago as record is in
ink which is yellowed from age.
Worker's comment as to authenticity of record or any peculiarities of the record.
Record is no doubt authentic as penmanship is old, shows no changes or erasures, and
appears to be record of births, deaths and marriages of this family.
