   Thursday January 4, 1906
   Ernest  Woods,  of  near  Hillside,  southeast  of Waco, died today of
   shotting  yesterday  by  Ben  Fenter.  Ten  shots were exchanged. Both
   unmarried.
   [Please  note: I copied spelling as was in obituary. I am sure he died
   of a shooting.]
