D.F. Jones

Moody. D.F. (Mont) Jones 83, of Moody died at 4:45 p.m. Thursday in a McGregor
nursing home.

Funeral will be at 2:30 pm Saturday in the First Baptist Church of Moody, the
Rev. George Brittain officiating. Burial will be in Moody Cemetery.

Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Maurine Ernest of Temple; a brother,
John Calvin Jones of Houston; and a sister, Mrs. E.M. Matthews of Houston.

The body will be at the church an hour before time of service. Denny and Witt
Funeral Home of Moody in charge.
NOTE:
D.F. "Mont" was son of Dan Jones and Melisa E. Burger Jones. Grandson of Dan and
Mary Grimes Jones
Wife: Nellie Eunice White  married 12/15/1904.
Sister: Celia May Jones married Erin M. Matthews
